Have you tried to syn it? That usually puts me off of cakes at work, the sheer shock of it! That or empty your hole punch over it, you won't want it covered in confetti then!

well done for not giving in! i have very bad self discipline(hence why i needed to join sw in the first place) they all scream our names "eat me im delicious" we need to fight them! lol sorry rambling..

We have cakes etc on birthdays at work as well. There are 2 of us on SW at the mo and we have started asking for Muller lights instead of a cake. People dont seem to want to leave you out when you say no to cake but if you ask for something else instead they are quite happy with that.
