Been on CWP for five weeks and have lost 21 pounds and 14 inches. Finding it hard now as I keep thinking about chocolate I haven't given in but I'm getting really bad cravings. I'm determined to get to my target weight but its hard going now. X
A couple of times i've bought some raw chocolate- sugar free stuff you can buy in health stores. I love it, and have found it doesn't affect the diet if its just once in a while... Also, Atkins do some bars you can buy in Boots that are pretty good for a one off, low carb and no sugar...
