[Dieting Rambler]

I was driving back from Exeter on Wednesday night (4 and 1/2 hour journey) and it gave me lots of time to think....and I started to think about how my health was being affected by CD.....and I started to wonder about Cholesterol....I know being my size and what I was shoving into my body that I had a relatively high reading, does anyone know what effect CD has on Cholesterol....is anyone tested for it?

Just curious.....

It should reduce the bad cholesterol as you are only having the essential fats and none of the bad fats.

Am doing alright thanks DR. Got alot to keep my busy over the next few months so the days will just roll over which is great diet wise. How's life on your end?
