Chop suey?

Hey any idea if chop suey is a wee bit legal? I just had a chicken and veg one, minus the rice, and not all the sauce...thought it was one of the safer options but not sure now :-/

Yeah, I have the special chop suey and pour off the sauce. I then use soy sauce or a bit of chilli.
