I lost 2 and half in two weeks I forgot. Hadn't been weighed last week as away so my iffy weekend between 2 very good weeks didn't do the damage. I thought it would so am now happy again. X

Aww yayyyyy u should have a nice weightloss next week to give u more of a boost

I'm still 6 pounds lighter then last week so hoping to shed another pound then will get a stone award, so far 18 pound loss in total and 13 pounds since joining sw groups

The loss next week will be nice tho as am on nights next week and weigh in wen I finish the scales don't always reflect my weight loss that week but show the week after so since am aware of it or doesn't bug me quite as much good luck on the stone tho

Mushrooms cooked with Turkey in fry light
Carrots
Boiled eggs
