Hi all!!!
i have been on ss+ now for 6 weeks and my weight loss seems to be slowing down as i was a bit naughty last week on my daughters birthday, it was the 1st time i had blipped on my diet so i forgive myself lol .
the thing is i dont think i excersise enough.
so....................my idea is to
excersise evry night for half an hour.
50 sit ups
up and down stairs 8 times and any other excersises you can think of to do in half hour.
I want to stick to the excersising and i think if other people do it to and report back on here after there excersise it will keep us all positive.
but ....................NO TELLING PORKIES!!! LOL
SO by christmas we will be looking great and also healthy,
an it will help burn off a bit extra fat that we may have!!!
