Hi. i'm restarting today for the zillionth time but determined and feeling positive. Been off work for a while so cant really afford to go to group but got plenty of books and info so should be fine. I need to lose about 4 stone but am going to break it down into smaller goals so i doesn't seem so daunting. My first goal is to be 100% for a week and my second is to lose a stone by Christmas. I dont want to spend the day wishing everyone would go home so i could put my jamas on which i'm ashamed to say i did last year. I know i wont be slim by christmas but i'm sure even losing that horrid bloated feeling will help.
I'll try and update my diary every day so it gives me something to look back on and also if you could give me any advice or support i really would be grateful and if i can do the same for anyone i will. Fed up of being a podgy Mother Christmas. First goal here i come x
