Ok, so on the 17th December, im going out for two christmas meals in the one day! Do you think that the syns outlined below are alright (I will be doing an EE day) and that if I stay syn free/very low syns for the rest of that week then it shouldnt be toooo much damage? Thanks.
Lunch Time
* Roast Turkey (free), Sage and Onion Stuffing (2 syns), Bacon wrapped Chipolata sausages (3.5 syns per sausage) and gravey (5 syns).
Strawberry Champagne Charlotte (It's 1.5 syns for 28g of sponge flan and strawberry mousse is 5.5 syns).
Dinner Time
* Breaded goats cheese (5 syns) with Cranberry sauce (2 syns)
* Traditional roast turkey (free), chipolata sausage (3.5 syns), stuffing (2 syns), roast potatoes (4 syns), new potatoes (free),
fresh seasonal vegetables (free) and cranberry sauce (2 syns)
* Traditional Christmas Pudding (4.5 syn sper 28g so will have to call this 14 syns) served with Brandy Sauce (3 syns)
Total = 52.5 syns
OMG lol
Honestly though, is it ok to do a flexi syn week and have all them syns in one day and be good for the rest of the week? Would I still loose weight?! x
