I know what you mean Shenzi as this is lightest i have been in my adult life!! Its a new experience & one that I am embracing to the full. I'm sure with eachothers support we will all be standing next to our Christmas trees in our chosen sizes

How we all doing ladies? I think I may finally be back on track. Lost 4oz last week (I know, I should only count halves, every little helps though) and this week lost 1lb 4oz - so 1.5 over two weeks. That's about my average weight loss. And last week was my birthday and trust me I cheated a hell of a lotwith extra large slices of chocolate cake and pizza (actually realised I don't miss pizza that much) and loads of booze.

So I now have 15 weigh ins until christmas. If I keep an average of 1lb per week I'm there and sliding into a size 14 with absolute ease.

I'd like to be a 12 bottom at christmas! For me that involves a lot of exercise because it seems no matter how much I lose, I stay a 14! Going to shape up! I'd add myself but I'm on my phone! Sorry!
