Christmas stuffing over

Happy New Year
Well i have had a Fantastic Christmas filled with all things good, i am now back on track! got weighed last Friday and have gained 7lb, so 7lb of the 10lb that i had originally lost back on , i totally deserve it having gone completely off the rails, It was soooo worth it, oddly enough i'm ok with it, i'm more determined then ever,
Day 3 and feeling Great,!!

Good for you for getting back to it! There has been many a time when I've had a break for Christmas and not got back to it... any excuse worked for me basically lol So a big pat on the back from me (for what its worth!)
