How about mixing some garlic puree with quark?
Or you could do a salsa dip with chopped tinned tomatoes, onion and chilli powder?

Its a low fat cheesy-ness made from skimmed milk.

IMO its like a non-lumpy cottage cheese but little nicer. Not great on its own, nice with chocky powder and sweetner mixed in, or i used it to make cabonara. Love cheesy pasta! Its very versitile and always make sure i have some in. It can also be frozen apparently...

You can get it from all supermarkets, definately tesco and asda and tends to be near the cheeses and mozzorella in my tesco. Ask and the should be able to point you to it x
Thank you. Will go looking for it next time I'm in Tesco. Is it free in HE?? Just thinking I could use something like this to coat/stuff chicken or turkey with some herbs or spices added, if its suitable, obviously lol
