I am aiming to loose 15lbs between now and Christmas, whilst it isn't "very much" compared to what I ahve seen some people on some threads are loosing I feel it is achievable and manageable for me.
Settings goals for me which are realistic and obtainable is what will keep me motivated and inspired to loose this weight or as I have said on my journal allow the butter to melt.
What are your goals and what reward/s will you be giving to yourself.
I have 15lbs to loose as of last wednesday, my weigh in day is a wednesday so shall report back in 2 days time as to how I am getting on.
My reward to myself will be a nice outfit from Monsoon
