Starting a diary to motivate and organise myself. Will be sticking to extra easy or red days as trying to keep carbs not too high.

Breakfast - Vegtable Frittata
Mid Morning Snack - Alpen (half heb)
Lunch - Tesco prawn pasta Salad 6.5 syns
Mid Afternoon Snack - HiFi Bar (half heb)
Dinner - Large Salad, Steak, onion and lots mushrooms and half tbs light philly 1 syn.
Evening Snack - melon
Evening Snack - mini flapjack 4 syns

Drink - 1ltr water:mad: - must improve
can diet coke
3 cups tea (milk hea)

Total Syns - 11 1/2

No body magic today as was working and then had cake decorating class.

Day 2 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Vegtable Frittata
Mid Morning Snack - Grapes and Alpen Bar (3syns)
Lunch - Prawn Pasta Salad Tesco (6 1/2 syns)
Mid Afternoon Snack - 2 Peaches and 10 Cashews (4 1/2 syns)
Dinner - Large Mixed Salad, Homemade Chilli Sauce, Homemade lamb kebab. Wholemeal Pitta (Heb)
Evening Snack - Mullerlight

Drink - Glass Milk (hea)
2 ltr water

Total Syns 14

Body Magic - 20mins crosstrainer, 15 mins bike and weight training.

Well been stressed out so not posted. Was on waitlist ivf and then fell pregnant. Lost baby at six weeks and then fell pregnant few months later with twins, lost 1 baby at 9 weeks (and was on bedrest month) then lost other baby at 16 weeks. Received letter saying have appt for ivf in 2 weeks as at top waitlist, problem is still have around 8lbs to get bmi under 35. Same to have stayed same 3 weeks and very stressed. Have upped my body magic. Did an hour with personal trainer on Friday. Hour body pump and then cycled 10miles on indoor bike Sat and 10miles again bike on Sunday along with 20mins on crosstrainer and weights. Think going to call tomorrow and try and delay appt for few weeks time.

Todays eating

Breakfast - Hi-fi Butterscotch bar (half hexb)
Lunch - Banana and Hi-fi Butterscotch bar (half hexb)
Afternoon snack - Nuts (4 1/2 syns)
Dinner - Large Salad, Portion mushrooms, small baked potato, Steak kebabs, Philly light (2 syns) Marinade steak (3 syns)
Tea - Milk in tea (hexa)

Bit rushed today so not a huge amount to eat as was at a cake decorating class all day. So didn't really have proper breakfast or lunch. Also only had about 750ml water and 3 cups tea.

Keep up the good work with getting the weight off to increase your chances of pregnancy.
