Where am I going wrong?? Maintaining!!

    I'm 1/2lb away from my 5st and have stopped losing weight!! :(

    Hoping by posting here someone will be able to point out where I'm going wrong.
    I mix about which plan I'm following for variety.
    And sometimes my meals are a funny way around, depending on where I am for lunch and what I can heat up.
    I weigh in on a Monday evening.

    Today I'm doing green plan.
    Breakfast - speed soup, and HEA cheese and pint of sugar free vimto.
    Mid morning - skinny cappuccino with sweetener, half HEA
    Lunch - wholemeal roll HEB, 2 laughing cow light blue cheese half HEA, pineapple, cucumber and smarties 3 1/2 syns.
    Afternoon snack - 2 Rocky road hifi bars HEB
    Dinner - veggie stir fry, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice, rice noodles, 1 syn sweet chilli sauce, tomato puree. Pudding white chocolate bubble bar 3 syns.
    TV snack in evening - 0% Greek yogurt, 2syn peanut hottie and 4 syns chocolate buttons.

    Total 13 1/2 syns for the day.

    Extra Easy today

    Breakfast - super speed soup with 1/2 HEA Cheese
    Snack - noodle salad 1 1/2syns
    Lunch 1/2 HEA laughing cow light blue cheese, HEB wholemeal roll, cucumber chunks and pineapple.
    Snack - smarties 3 1/2 syns Rocky road hifi 3 syns
    Dinner - 4 1/2 syns meal out in Yo Sushi! (Planned what I'm ordering!)
    12 1/2 syns for the day.

    Any ideas what's going wrong? I'll be GUTTED if I don't lose this week.

    Hmm my only suggestion would be more veg and fruit hun. Do you always have the same breakfast?

    Only had my soup the last 2 days as I knew I wouldn't be able to heat it at lunch time. . . . . . . So I had it for breakfast.

    Been trying to up super free with the soup this week. . . .

    I'm not weighing myself this week as well.

    Hey did EE again today as I planned a treat for tea!

    Breakfast - soup (I know it's a bit weird!)
    Snacks - snack pack of grapes and one of Apple.
    Lunch - salad, with chicken no dressing.
    Dinner - homemade burger, salad SW chips, HEA cheese, HEB wholemeal roll.
    TV snack mini smarties 3 1/2, chocolate buttons 4, peanut butter cup 4 1/2.

    And I went the whole day without coffee and with only 2 diet cokes, that's progress!! Aiming for one coke no coffee tomorrow!

    Next soup is in the slow cooker!

    I don`t know how far you have still to go but you have done really great to date.

    If you do not have far to go maybe get syns below 10. Have lots more superfree as in lots salad stuff and veg as in cauli broccoli etc. Look for superspeed food in the book?

    I've got 8 1/2lbs to target, really hoped I'd be there by now!

    Food for today,

    Breakfast - soup
    Morning snack - cherries and raspberries with Muller light. Cappuccino 3 1/2 syns
    Lunch - chicken salad, and hifi bar
    Snacks - alpen light and fruit
    Dinner - spaghetti Bolognese, HEA cheese. (Upped the superfree by subbing some pasta with courngette spaghetti)
    Muller light with options coconut for 1 1/2 syns.

    Ending the day on 5 syns.

    Trying to eat more and more superfree today

    Breakfast - 2 ww sausages, baked beans, poached eggs, mushrooms, leeks.
    Snacks - pineapple and HEA cheese.
    Lunch - pasta salad 1 1/2 syns chicken 2 Apple's.
    Snacks - HEB aplen light bars
    Dinner - roast chicken, jacket potato, peas and broccoli.
    Pudding - cherries, yogurt and choc shot.

    48 hours until weigh in!

    Oops forgot yesterday's diary!!

    Breakfast - ww sausages, 2 poached eggs, baked beans, mushrooms and leeks.
    Snack - 0% activia cherry yogurt
    Lunch - chicken salad and new potatoes
    Dinner - at ice hockey game 2 alpen light HEB 30g cheddar HEA, Apple, grapes, skips, chocolate.

    Finished on 15 syns

    Breakfast- raspberry and cherries 0% Greek yogurt and HEB oats.
    Snack - Apple and grape snack pack
    Lunch - chicken salad and curly wurly
    Dinner - Mexican soup, HEA cheddar and 7 syns of chocolate.

    Ending the day on 15 syn . . . . . .and off to weigh in!
