Restart food diary :)

So, I'm sure no one is overly interested in what this but I like to keep a track of what I eat & if I post it publicly then maybe it'll give me more of an incentive to behave haha.

Monday 8th July: Original

Breakfast: 2 x hifi light chocolate & caramel

Lunch: Grilled turkey steak, mixed salad, 1 tbsp Hellman's lighter than light mayo (1/2 syn), 60g wholemeal roll (HeB), 3 x babybel lights (HeA), activia 0% yoghurt

Snack: Hula hoops (6.5 syns)

Dinner: stir fry vegetables with left over turkey steak and chicken breast, Blue Dragon sweet chilli & garlic stir fry sauce half a sachet, 5 syns (4.75 rounded).

Syns: 12

HeA's: 3 x Babybel lights

HeB's: 60g wholemeal roll, 2 x hifi lights




I'm trying to make sure I use my syns this time around as with previous attempts I've had very little or no syns every day and I think that's why I've got bored easily or ended up cheating.

P.s. Please do feel free to correct me on anything or give me ideas or whatever, I won't take offence & I'd really appreciate the help/support :)

Tuesday 9th: Green day

Breakfast: activia 0% yoghurt vanilla

Lunch: 60 g wholemeal roll, 1 tbsp Hellman's lighter than light mayo (1/2 syn), mixed salad, 30g cheddar, 2 hifi light chocolate & caramel,

Dinner: stir fry vegetables, quorn chicken pieces, blue dragon sweet chilli & garlice stir fry sauce (5 syns), dried fine egg noodles.

Syns: 5 1/2

HeA's: 30g cheddar

HeB's: 60g wholemeal roll, 2 x hifi lights
