Starting a diary to motivate and organise myself. Will be sticking to extra easy or red days as trying to keep carbs not too high.
Breakfast - Vegtable Frittata
Mid Morning Snack - Alpen (half heb)
Lunch - Tesco prawn pasta Salad 6.5 syns
Mid Afternoon Snack - HiFi Bar (half heb)
Dinner - Large Salad, Steak, onion and lots mushrooms and half tbs light philly 1 syn.
Evening Snack - melon
Evening Snack - mini flapjack 4 syns
Drink - 1ltr water - must improve
can diet coke
3 cups tea (milk hea)
Total Syns - 11 1/2
No body magic today as was working and then had cake decorating class.
