Yeah I am doing ok - just been back to SW for my initial weigh in and am 3.5 lbs down on when I was last there, so a lot better than I thought as I have had a 'big' weekend ...
With regards the water, I find it easier the other way round - I have a 750ml sports bottle, which I then decant into a glass, but only a half pint one - seems to make it easy to get down
