Lunch: Jacket potato with beans, cheese (HEA) and beetroot, celery, carrot & pepper sticks.

Dinner: We went out to Wimpy with friends & kids so I just tried to be fairly sensible and went for Gourmet Chicken Platter (??). It was grilled chicken with chips, salad & coleslaw. I didn't eat the coleslaw so I guess it was just syns for the chips. Think I'll just write the day's syns off & hope for the best :rolleyes:

Saturday 13/10/10 Green (was supposed to be Extra Easy but I didn't have third superfree at lunch or dinner)

Kind of lost the plot this afternoon, went to a children's birthday party with my son & hubbie and ate a mini sausage roll, then we went into Costa afterwards & I had some fizzy water and a bakewell slice thing and then I bought some marshmallow sweets and ate them all watching X-factor this evening. Plus I've had some of hubbie's minstrels. I'm not usually bothered but today I just felt fed up of turning things down.

Dinner: Home made scotch eggs, chips & beans. Usually have these on an extra easy day so not sure how many syns are in the Morrison' s eat smart sausages on a green day. Probably the least of my worries today :sigh:

Total syns for day: probably about a million. I'm writing off today as a bad 'un plus I didn't manage to have either of my Healthy Extras :4633:

Dinner: SW chips, mushy peas & 2 fried eggs.

Gave blood after work & ate 3 ginger nuts - too lazy to look it up so guessing that's all my syns for the day. Lost the plot this week so not going to sweat it about 3 ginger nuts!

Well I knew I would have scuppered my week with the chips, cake, biscuits, sausage roll etc and I stayed the same at weigh in last night.
I need to be 100% focussed this week.

Lunch: Tomato & basil pasta n sauce, beetroot & sugar snap peas

Dinner: Left over sausage & bean casserole (1 syn for 2 Eat Smart sausages) with mashed potato (with milk from HEA) & red cabbage with apple (1 syn). Recipe from the magazine this month, it was lovely I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine as I didn't have any.
Hubbie brought me home another Brazilian Darkness (2 syns) :love:

Weigh in tonight, feel very nervous about it as my scales at home are showing I haven't shifted a bean. I think I may lose the plot if I STS again :eek:

So disheartened yesterday, stayed the same again at weigh-in :cry:. I think I would be more upset if I wasn’t eating the things I liked, I can see me eating this way forever now but it would be nice to be rewarded for a good week with a loss. Looks like I was too optimistic in thinking I could get to target before Christmas.

I had to pop to the supermarket on the way home from group & was feeling all ‘sod it’; bought 2 chocolate donuts & me and my hubbie had one each when I got home. No idea of the syns in one of those but I don’t think it would have taken me over the 105 maximum for last week seeing as I only had 64 in total. Then I ate my lovely chicken curry & rice and felt stuffed.

Oh well, today’s a new day and a new week.

Wednesday 24/10/10 GREEN

Breakfast: Sachet of Paw Ridge porridge made with milk (HEA + HEB) plus Canderel, grapes & tea with milk (part of HEA)

Snack: Green tea, apple, clementines, Alpen Light (3 syns)

Lunch: Potato & leek soup, 4 x Ryvita (HEB), 4 x Dairylea Light triangles (HEA)

Snack: Green tea, pineapple

Was starving and had a headache when I came in from work so had 5 Rich tea finger biscuits (5 syns) and a pink & white (2.5 syns) with my cup of tea.

Dinner: Asda chick pea dahl & rice with extra onions & peppers

Lunch: Left over chick pea dahl & rice

Dinner: Cheese & onion omelette (HEA) with SW chips & baked beans

Total syns for day: 1 ½ so far but I'm sure I'll fit some more in...
