Maybe it's the SAD. Been a busy week again n an emotional one too. Maybe I'm just being a lazy bum. I dunno.

Anyway, brew made with soy. Gonna put some jeans, jumper n hat on n then venture out for food.
 
Just hopped on scales for first time in yrs. even tho i feel I've lost some it was still disappointing. It's strange cos I feel my bum has slimmed n my face a little too yet my belly feels worse. Now r the scales lying or am I really that number? I've not been particularly bad I don't think. Maybe I've not eaten enough?? So do I kick the non weighing thing n start weighing again whilst trying to eat more n more regular as best I can around shifts?
 
Have you measured??? I'm finding that although I am losing slowly that I have lost some inches.

T. Meatballs, cabbage, broccoli, mushies, spring onion cooked in butter n dollop Philly mixed thru. Jelly n cream.
