So today was my first weigh in and I'm over the moon as I've lost 13lb and have also lost a total of 14.5inch from all over 5inches just off my waist. The only thing that upset me was I get my oh to do the measuring and weigh in and he never said well done or anything :-( just text my sister and told her and she was as pleased as me. Men ah!!!
