Hi Everyone :)

My name is Claire, I am 23 and I have decided to give calorie counting a go!! I was on the juddd plan and done great on it just needing a change for a bit so here I am!!

I am going to be sticking to 1000 calories a day and also try get some regular exercise in too !!

I am getting married in July so I HAVE to do this!!

I am feeling really positive about this one though! I will be updating on my progress daily and writing down what I eat etc!!

DAY 1 has been good :) Had about 900 calories, I will start writing all my food down tomorrow :)

Good luck! Make sure you eat enough though - 1000 doesn't sound very much unless you're very sedentary.

I have weighed myself today for first weigh in and I'm
down 7 pounds wow!! I know alot of the first week is excess water etc but still do happy with that! Feel a difference in myself already! Roll on another week x x x

Well done and good luck - a wedding dress is certainly a good motivator:)
Make sure you increase your calorie intake if you're exercising, definitely don't want your body to go into starvation mode and hang on to the calories!
