Wanted to start this diary to log my progress on the slimfast diet - i have been on the lipotrim diet and lost 2 stone in 8 weeks but now feel like i need to eat something - so switching to Slimfast for a 2 weeks to see how i get on - i am planning to start cambridge diet on the friday 7th May but wanted to try this out first and if i start to lose might stick with this as it is a lot cheaper and i would still like to lose 3 stone.

day 1

Breakfast - Cafe shake
Snack - banana
Dinner - chocolate meal bar
Tea - Tesco finest paella (600 calories)
3lts of water
Exercise - none

Found today very easy and had to make myself eat - found the bar really nice to eat and the shake was a bit sweet but i think with not eating anything for 8 weeks its going to take time for my tastebuds to adjust.


Weighed myself this morning and i have already put on 4lbs within 1 day of stopping lipotrim !!

Planned to have today
Breakfast - Cafe shake
Dinner - chocolate meal bar
Tea - Homemade shepherds pie with veg
Exercise - Swimming 45mins

Feeling ok this morning and got lots of energy so was at the swimming pool at 8am this morning doing lane swimming. At the moment I don't feel like eating anything else yet. Worried about already putting on weight and if it continues will have to switch back to lipotrim again before starting cambridge diet.

day 2 cont

Well after eating the shepherds pie i feel totally full - and also feel (sorry about this if its too much detail - but) really 'windy' and very bloated - don't know if this is the slimfast or just eating food and my body saying 'what the hell' - so we'll see how i feel tomorrow - but if i don't feel better tonight think i'll have to switch back to lipotrim tomorrow - so it could be a very short 'slimfast' journey.
