I am also cold, too. I just spoke with my niece (who is about your age and lives in Florida) and she told me that it is FINALLY cool enough to take walks outside in the evening. And, CF scraped ice off her windscreen yesterday before we headed to her medical appointment and to shop.

100% ss+ so far.

I am hoping to be joining you on this starting Saturday -- I need some MAM. I will cook our family Thanksgiving today (but not eating it -- as it is ham) and then the Turkey dinner tomorrow -- and will eat then because I have British friend joining us (it is her birthday).

almost finished my xmas shopping. only another £70 to spend and it's finished. yeah me!

I'm impressed -- I have made some progress -- but really need to "get on with it", pack, address, and post it out to the U.S. -- and then try to get newsletter and cards done.

if you think - they don't recommend step one to nurses, because they're on the go all day, and i reckon you do loads more than that.

thing is - there has to be a reason for it. you're not a freak of medical science, and you're on a vlcd. if you're not losing weight it won't be because you're having too many calories, it might therefore be that you're having too few.

or it might just be that at your current BMI your weightloss will be slow. I don't lose at the rate you've set for yourself, and i'm still at the top end of obese.

you have a beautiful new red frock that you look gorgeous in now - why beat yourself up over this target? whatever will be, will be: you can't force your body to fit in with your plans - and in the meantime, please be kind to yourself, petal.

I'm just teaching 2 Zumba classes this week. I'm off to the gym today for some light cardio and weights. Might do something Saturday but I'm not banking in it.

I am beginning to think that I am a freak of nature. No one doesn't loose on ss+ unless they had big losses and their body is catching up with it. I'm starving hungry all the time too. I know I'm in ketosis cause my breath honks. Body fat is around 22%, fluctuates between 19% and 22%
 
Right done gym and am now relaxing in the lounge area drinking a lovely peppermint tea.

Ran 2 miles - 300 cals
10 mins on bike - 102 cals

Weights- lat pull down, triceps, pec dec, chest press, biceps, shoulder press, squatted 50kg.....think that was it!

the black one is mice too, but the red one is much better fitting and therefore flattering (the black one looks a bit too big).
 
I love the red one, and I think the black one looks a bit too big too :) as for being the only person who can't lose weight on SS+ I can go one better and not lose on SS as demonstrated last week! Hopefully this week I'll have dropped some lbs. it's getting frustrating.

You look amazing now! I think a look back at old fat pictures does people the world of good. It reminds you how far you e really come, and the difference between now and 11st photo is barely noticeable, I think that your weight this time is muscle weight, cos its clearly not blubber. And we all know "muscle weighs more than fat "ha ha ha kidding :p
 
wow wow wow thrice wow nikki - those pictures.

I love the red dress, I think its got some va-va-voom appeal. The black one is nice in a demure and classy way, but with a pair of killer stillies and a nice clutch, you with be one foxy lady in the red number!
