Club 10 free week.

Does anyone know if you have to go to the same group you got to club 10 to claim your free week or can you go Tk any club as I started new club last week and can claim my free week?

I don't know the answer sorry, there seems every week to be someone in class complaining about the 10 week timescale for this free week,considering a few people may actually be at target a further 10 weeks down the line,then you don't pay anyway. I've just got mine but I buy 12 week courses,my con is letting me have my free week when this course finishes x

Ooh that's a tricky one. I know when it comes to holiday and the like that as long as you are properly registered at the new group and not just a visitor the computer system, once updated will know your details so at that point theoretically it should be fine. The issues generally occur in the meantime because the system can't connect to other group information directly and so its working blind until the records have been updated and cross-referenced.
