Just checked in my book (an old one mind you) it's where you lose 10% and keep it off for 10 weeks. You don't have to maintain or anything. Keep on losing! and goodluck! x

Well done in getting your Club 10! Cannot wait to get mine - will mean I am at the same weight I was 4 years ago when I last started SW - how did I put 4 stone on in 4 years without really noticing :( 8lbs to go!
