co conut on atkins?

    Do you mean proper coconut like eaten from the shell or like dessicated/ shredded? Either way I'm not sure but the info may help someone else answer your question. I do know that coconut oil is fine- see coconut oil thread on here

    Dessicated coconut is about 8 grams per 100 - so too high for induction

    Oh I see. Well I was actually thinking of fresh coconut to be honest.

    I'm sure fresh coconut is about 7g or 8g per 80g of coconut. So, I'd perhaps give it a miss if you're on induction. Sorry :(
