coconut!

Hi,

I brought some diced coconut chunks in Asda as haven't had coconut since used to win it at the fayre when I was a kid!! I know coconut milk is quite high in fat but it's quite filling to have a couple of chunks - anyone any idea on syns in fresh coconut?

nutritional info per 100g is 339 cals, 3.3g protein, 33.4g fat and 9g fibre

i just read online that 28g of coconut flesh is 5 syns on both plans.
