Cod fish curry syns please

Can someone help me with syns?

As far as I can see if I use fry light and do ee or red this is free? It's a gorgeous curry that my aunt makes And I wanna make it.

The only syns would be in the oil, which as you say could be replaced with frylight, and the coconut milk. Reduced Fat Coconut milk comes in at about 17-20 syns for a 400ml can so you would be talking about 7.5 syns for 150mls, divided between however many portions you get.
