Hya. New to alli. Please can you still take cod liver oil supplements when taking alli? ..

Hi I used to when taking Xenical but very last thing at night a good 2-4 hours after taking your last tablet, it is also suggested that you take multi vit at the same time.

Glad someone asked this as I wondered also! Completely forgot about leaving my multivitamin til tonight as I've started xenical today and before I always took my multivitamin on a morning. One day won't hurt and I will make myself remember tomorrow!
