coffee and tea

    just a general question really, when i was doing cd my cdc said i could have as much tea and coffee as i wanted (black coffee with 1 sweetener and tea with sweetener and a little bit of milk) is this the same for any diet?

    If you are SSing on CD then no milk at all.

    no im not on cd at the moment as i cant afford it, but on a general diet would the same rules apply with tea and coffee?

    yeah i guess you could follow things from CD (ie) no milk etc

    Nessa, the only problem with drinking too much coffee and tea is that you may get the shakes due to the caffeine content. It's probably better to drink water if you can or herbal teas. peppermint is yummy,so are dandelion and nettle
