Step 1 Sole Source + Coffee on CWP

    Just started second time round. I am a coffee addict. Wondering if coffee could affect my weight loss. Which coffee is better to have. Americano or Flat White. I only have Soya milk aswell. Thanksx

    I guess if you need to have the coffee an Americano would be better, less milk in it therefore less calories. But then if you had a milk allowance to use up them maybe a flat white would be ok. Either way I'd have a big glass of water alongside as the coffee is a dietetic and you don't want to risk dehydration on Cambridge!

    I've started drinking coffee more often and note that in Starbucks there are around 20 calories in an americano, only 4 in filter coffee - both black, not sure why they are different.

    I must drink about 10 cups of black coffee a day, plus about 4 liter's of water too, I have a drink in my hand at all times lol! xx

    Anyone know if there is a limit to how many sweeteners you can have in coffee? I normally have a skinny latte from Starbucks with six- haven't drunk any coffees since been on cambridge as not sure if I would be allowed my normal sweetener intake! Maybe switching to a flat white might be a good idea for me as there's less milk in there but just don't think I can give up the sweeteners!

    i read somewhere 2-3 sachets per day but that wasnt anywhere official.

    Hmm maybe I should double check with my CDC... If that's the case I might be able to have one coffee every 2 days which is better than none :) slightly bending the rules but that would kind of make sense!!
