I'm on day two!! Can I drink black coffee?? Xx
Yes, my CDC said I could drink as much as I liked however I personally felt two big Star Bucks Americanos in a day was affecting my weightloss so I replaced vats of black coffee with vats of peppermint tea. It's really keeping my breath issues away too and I'm not as cold as I'm permanently drinking something hot.

4 weeks, first few weeks were tough but I'm into the swing of things now. Back exercising etc so feel a bit more normal. The only thing is it's really anti-social. I'd love to be able to go off plan once a week to facilitate nights out etc but it's not possible with this. That said the losses wouldn't be as drastic if "cheat" meals were allowed.
Yeah I'm already having to cancel catch ups with the girls but will be worth it! I'm on day 2 and so hungry iv just got to stay focused and think about getting into the jeans I haven't been able to get into xxx
I'm on day one and have not stopped drinking water and black coffee, also my smaller jeans are calling me lol ?
How are you finding it? When I drink too much coffee iv found it makes me light headed whilst in the diet! Good luck we need to get into them skinny jeans!
Hey everyone how it the diet going for you so far?? I am starting day 1 today I just keep thinking of me being in a bikini in 4 weeks time!!!

Im starting day 1 of ss as been on step 3 and lost 18lbs so far but slower than I would like x
18lb is still amazing!! I would be really happy with that, I'd be happy with any weight loss haha - do you have a holiday booked also? It's always good to have a goal good luck with your first week on SS x
My holiday is booked for end of July put it feels so far away!
It will soon be here, the time will fly by so get on it now! I started trying to lose weight on Jan the 2nd and after failed attempts at other diets, I started SS with less than 4 weeks before my holiday, having lost nothing since Jan!! So Im basically still at my starting weight when I started I thought there was no rush really, I had something like 15 weeks to drop 2 stone and I thought this is going to be not too bad but now Im thinking SH&T!!! I really need to do something drastic and quickly, so Im hoping I can lose 1-1.5 stone by the time my holiday is here but I would actually love to lose the 2 stone I gained at the end of last year x
Thank you that's exactly how I'm thinking it's happened so many times before where I plan to lose weight for a specific occasion but it never happens. I need to stay focused but there's always some excuse with me
