Morning all, I am currently drinking about 3 cups of coffee a day now as I find that I enjoy it more than black tea.However I found some older posts saying it should be decaf and not ordinary coffee to keep me in ketosis.Is this correct?
no Jazzy, regular coffee is fine. There have just been a lot of discussions about regular coffee may affect weight loss...but I drank it like a fiend - regular - and never had a problem.
oooh, one thing to say though, as it is a diuretci, be sure to have plenty of water, or extra water if youdrink a lot of coffee as it can cause blocked pipes if the coffee to water ratio is out of balance significantly....
Hm. I did read somewhere that although they used to think it's a diuretic it's now not considered as one, hence why tea and coffee do count towards your water intake allowance on LL?
