Coffeemate

I'm awful for my hot drinks throughout the day and have recently discovered coffeemate, but I have no idea how high on syns it is. I'm assuming quite high, but could anyone help me out?

Nescafe coffee mate, 2 level tsp 1.5 syns. The low fat one is 1 syn same amount. For a decent taste though 2 heaped tsp is nicer

I have Coffee mate as I dont have milk. I have one coffee a day 1.5 syns. I want to save my syns for snacks x
