Well, I've decided to try and keep a food diary as my diet has been a bit 'all over the place' recently so I definitely need to get back on track. Please feel free to comment and/or point me in the right direction. Thanks.
MONDAY 28TH SEPT (EXTRA EASY)
Breakfast - Raspberries, Strawberries, Grapes, Natural Yoghurt & Sweetener.
Lunch - Lettuce, Peppers, Mushrooms, Beetroot & Egg, Diet Coke, Mullerlight vanilla
Dinner - Beef Stroganoff (Beef, Mushrooms, Peppers, Brown Rice
350 ml Skimmed Milk for coffee (HEXa)
2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXb)
SYNS - 1/2 Cadbury Fudge (2.5)
1/2 pkt Schwartz Beef Stroganoff (3)
