Having re read the label i have realized that coke zero has aspartame. While its great that it's zero carbs and virtually no cals but because of the sweetener used could it stall me?
Everyone seems to be sensitive to different things - ANY sweetener can stall you as can impact your insulin response. Either experiment or stay clean and green
I've got my self in a slight panic as i only have a bit with vodka, i know you shouldn't drink but its only the odd here and there, and its my substitute for sparkling wine! That used to be my huge weakness!
But i don't want to start stalling just for the sake of a drink! Thanks for your thoughts. x
and had stopped drinking diet coke during those weeks, I have started having maybe 1 per day and went.

perhaps this could be a reason as I am sure I worked harder in the gym, and eat better during the last 2 weeks than i did the first 3 weeks, going to go diet coke free for a week and see what happens.
