coke zero on ts?

hi i read a few people saying they are having coke zero? are u aloud coke zero on ts? and if so how come this is? Thanks

It's not just Coke Zero you can have whilst you're doing TS! There are a few drinks that are 'safe' and don't contain any citric or lactic acid which would take you out of ketosis. Check out this list:

The asda and sainos ones from that list are pretty good and far far cheaper than coke zero itself
