i have the odd can of coke zero as it has nothing in it but does feel like youve had something different to the shakes all the time.... im really going off the porridge now and only like the choc shakes so struggling with variety during the day as save my soups for evenings...
In my head if I had a can it would lead to a small bottle and then a 2ltr bottle and tbh that's one of my problems- fizzy pop! Also makes me soo bloated :-( but I love my fizzy water with orange, tastes like orangeade mmm lol
