Me too!! I have been huddled up to the radiators all day at work and I think several layers will be on for bed!! Night Night x

Don't worry, you won't feel so cold all the time. Some days are worse than others. Just think of the joy of your weigh in and how pleased you will be with the results!!! Hang in there!

Glad it's not just me. I was wearing about 5 layers yesterday then treated myself to an hour under the duvet just to warm up. Very sinful in the middle of the day but did the trick. Maybe I just needed a quick nap? Don't know about the rest of you but my body's thermostat is all to pot at the mo. I decided to do a bit of housework to get warm (never a good idea) but within about 5 mins I was sweltering and stripping off (again, not a good idea)! :p

i was wondering that, ive noticed if im doing the housework/hoovering ,i seem to sweat loads . is this normal?

I found I needed the afternoon nap to het me through the day! Was always cold and tired! Afternoon duvet time definitely does the trick!

Started LT this week. I'm also very cold. Drinking lots of hot pepperment tea. That helps
