cold cold water

I havent started the programme yet BUT am getting all the answers i need so am ready to start on tue and who better to ask then you lovely lot :)

I find it hard to drink water......its just not my favourite thing.....but i do like it almost ice cold.....but ive heard this is bad for you???

Can anyone fill me in!

never knew cold water bad for you , the colder it is you burn cals, as your body has to heat it up before it uses it ,

just while you start your LT , first week or 2nd you will be cold so it is best to try have warm drinks to , hope that helped :D

Congrats on first steps towards LT :p

I havent heard of that before, but just a quick tip, you do get very cold drinking water over the first week, having it extra icy will make you want to hibernate.

Sip the water through the day, dont drink loads in one go.

You will get used to having the water and it becomes a habit.

I prefer it cold too... Have been very cold but I hate drinking warm water it makes me gag!!

Dont think its bad for you though xx
