Cold / Flu question?

Hi all,

I have recently broken out with a nasty cold. I am on SS currently and was wondering whether I am ok to carry on with SS whilst ill or if I need to up to 810 until this clears to give me more nutrients etc? Any help much appreciated

I think ur fine to stick to SS if u can.

I've been Ill and just couldn't do it, jumped back on when I was better though

I think you'll be OK. Funnily enough I don't feel hungry when I'm ill so if you are the same you will at least still get all the nutrients you need if you have your 3 prodcuts a day. You may want to have them with hot water which will ease your throat. Oh and may a multi vitamin tablet for extra boost.

I'm in the sme boat today feel flippin miserable and streaming nose/eyes !! I just want to crawl back into bed hopefully my boss will let me go home early !

You too, its not nice at all. I am feeling really drained but am sticking to SS still
