Hi guys hope you are all well and doing good on lipo..

COLD.. Do many of you feel colder than you would normally, wen not on the diet..

Im constantly leaning against my radiator coz im so coul...

Yeah am always cold unless in the shower lol

yeah think this is one of the side effects. my hands are FREEEEEEEEEZING. (i like to put them up other halfs top to make him scream hehehehehe evil laugh) xx

Me too, cant warm up, isnt it something about your body is using your energy to keep you going as your not taking in enough calories, so all your energy is used up so not enough left to keep you warm - I might be totally wrong though! LT in summer always feels abit easier. x

I found that I got cold quite a bit but put that down to loss of insulating fat!!
