I am not sure if this would even work and it may not even be a good idea,
If someone was in ketosis and following a VLCD and wanted to get out of the house and actually have a dinner out somewhere do yoou think they would be able to have a atkins style meal? Hopefully in order to stay in ketosis and to continue losing weight?
If it were possible to do such a thing what are good things to try and have in a restaurant?
