Combining HEXA's

Morning all! Hope everyone's having a good week so far. Just a quick HEX A question - I think I've read that the HEX should total around 6 SYNS? I want to have a 2 Kerry low low toastie slices on my dinner later, which will be 4 Syns. Could I then make it up to closer to the 6, by using 12.5 grams of low low cheddar spread, which would be 1.25 syns?

Sorry- not entirely sure that actually makes sense!

Is the low low toastie slices on the allowed hex a list ?

As if not then it can't be used towards a hex a allowance

Good point! Thanks Jaffa. First week for me, so will getting my head 'round it all!

Edit: just checked, yup they're on there. Just need to make sure I get the amounts right now!

Hex A goes by the amount calcium and Hex B by fibre content as a very very rough rule.
Yes technically each one is worth roughly 6 syns but it isn't about the sun value it is about the nutritional value
