right ive drawn a line under my off plan binge.. im back on the water and packs and i hopefully shall have undone the damage before my weigh in on wed.. grrr doing so well see what a stressfull few shifts are work will do!!! argh..
and breathe :) xx
im also going to the gym tonight to see if i can bring on ketosis a bit quicker.. sits an awaites the headache xx

yes it was the lot all the bad bad things carbs .. chocolate the lot :( ah well cant change it but i can stop it now xx

Rainbow.....21 days is good! Much better than my rubbish 4 days!!! You can do it hon... i know you've prob heard it a million times but it's in your head... it's hard but at 3 weeks.. just push yourself to get to another week...and so on..! Good luck hon and well done for getting back on it xx
