Hi got some crappy news today that's gonna hit my family hard financially - so depressing/ upsetting and what's the first thing I do..... Grab the chocolate.
I know tomorrow I will be pragmatic and get things sorted but right now I just want to dive under the covers an eat eat eat!

Why is it that I always turn to junk when my emotions take over .....

Sorry just needed to vent :-(

Hi skinnymini, sorry to hear that - I think it's pretty natural to react like that when you get upsetting news though - I'd probably do the same. Maybe get a lot of WW choc/dessert stuff in to minimise the damage? I used to head straight for the WW frozen banoffee desserts, and maybe go for a few walks - always helps me clear my head and calm down a bit. Hope you're feeling a bit better x

I do the same. I don't have any magic advice, but please be kind to yourself - one day like this will not ruin all your hard work. I hope you feel better soon.
