    I have just made the best curry yet....

    Quorn chicken bits
    Tikka powder
    2 tins of chopped toms
    1 tin chickpea dhal
    1 tin of kidney beans (optional)
    pot of low fat yogurt



    put yogurt and quorn in a dish with 4 tbs of tikka powder leave for 20 mins

    add the quorn mix to a pan, add rest of bits and simmer for 20 mins

    DONE!

    I am going to try that! It sounds really yummy!!!!

    I make one with:

    BNSquash
    Courgette
    Onion
    Green beans
    Cauliflower
    2 cans toms
    1 stock cube crumbled
    Corriander
    Curry powder

    Stick it all in, chopped before hand obviously!! Lol and cook for 30mins. Mmm. Xxx
