I've being do quite well, I've lost 30lbs in under 5 weeks, but today I've completely lost it, I've been going down hill over the last few days, but today I just could not say no to food.

Must get myself refocused and back on 100% tomorrow and put today behind me.

I am feeling the same!! good weightloss last week and because I have had an "entertaining" weekend, I have had more meat than I am allowed - argh!!!! Feel an absolute eejit as I only started this last Sunday and have already "fallen off the wagon" and there are so many lovely peeps on this site that are able to stick rigedly to the diet. I am on a mission to get back to SS tomorrow but AM SO CROSS and ASHAMED!! :eatdrink023::sign0007::mad::mad:

Captain Pugwash, here's a 'poem' for you to hopefully lose those bad vibes (apologies to everyone who has read this in other threads but I think it's brilliant!!) xx

YESTERDAY, TODAY, TOMORROW
There are two days in every week about which we should not worry.
Two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One of these days is yesterday with its mistakes and cares,
Its faults and blunders, Its aches and pains.
Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.
We cannot undo a single act we performed.
We cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone.

The other day we should not worry about is tomorrow.
With its possible adversities, Its burdens,
Its large promise and poor performance.
Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.
Tomorrow's Sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds,
but it will rise.
Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.
This just leaves only one day . . . Today.
Any person can fight the battles of just one day.
It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's -
yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.
It is not the experience of today that drives people mad.
It is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.

Let us therefore live but one day at a time.

Forget yesterday, learn from it and move on.

Love the poem FurrySmudge it is great.

Only wish I could go by my own advice sigh. Just how bad are salted peanuts? tsk xx

Had to go a business lunch today.
my colleagues and clients all sat round eating a big lunch, I had a peanut crunch bar!.

I feel so good about myself :)

Captain Pugwash well done you!!! I had my weigh in today, only lost a pound, then went to Morrisons and stuffed my face with the salad bar ffs. (Goes back to read my poem whilst slapping myself) xx

Oooohhh I love the Morrisons salad bar.... me drools at the thought!!

Draw a line under today, re-read you poem and try to make tomorrow 100%. A poor loss this week might mean you're due a big one next week. Keep strong, keep focused and enjoy the journey. Big hugs x

Absolutely love the poem. I spend half my life worrying about yesterday and tomorrow and I drive myself up the wall being that way. I will save that on my computer to look at when I am fretting over stuff. Thanks for posting it xx

you're very very welcome Chelsea Lou :) xx
