In my experience it is the 'polite' people who use the term "looking well" when they notice that you have lost weight. They want to pay a compliment but don't want to be so brash as to be too personal - I like that!

I wore a smaller pair of jeans to work today!!! I wore them a few months ago but put the weight on again. Felt so good to prance around in them at work today yay!!

Although i did have to explain to the office why i dash to the bathroom every 5 minutes.
