dustqueen was it the 300ug ones i can see on their website?

I think the ones I bought were 1000mg the uber strong ones the h&b woman said I'd only need to take one but I took the two it said on the bottle and it worked so I stuck with that

might have to give it a try... when i went to H&b they just gave me sea kelp?? anyway have joined ww and lost 4.5 lbs last week but hair still coming out despite the fact i am rattling with all the different vitamins, minerals, essential oil tablets i am taking lol!

Yeah well someone told me to try biotin and it def made a huge difference it wasn't h&b that recommended it, it was another dieter
